As the semester draws to a close, I am thinking about all of the new cool tools I have learned how to use this year. You too, have been introduced to several new cool tools such as wikis, blogs, podcasts, photo story 3 , movie maker, social bookmarking (delicious), Voki, etc. Out of all the tools you have been introduced to this semester or one that you use on your own that I don't even know about (you should share!), tell me which one is your favorite. Why do you like it? Have you used any of these tools in another class? If not, which one do you think you could use in another class? If you have used a tool that I don't know about, please share with me and give me the site where I can check it out too!

I have two favorites. I like voki and movie maker. I use voki on my blog or my website. I used movie maker for my social studys movie on the 1st amendment. I enjoyed making a movie. I thought it was really cool.
I really liked working in movie maker, and learning how to use voki. I would have to say that movie-maker is my favorite. I have not needed to use either of thoes in another class yet, but when I do I think that I will be able to use movie-maker before voki.
My favorite tool is photo story 3, because it has all kinds of bells and wistles that you can use to make your movie. I also like wikis because you can work on your project any where there is internet access.
My favorite tool is movie maker. I like it alot, and I have used it in 3 other classes. I have used it in English, Social Studies, and Science. I like it so much because I learned how to make a movie! If I ever become a director, i'll already know how to use it.
I love to use Photo Story 3. I like it because it is an easy way to make a great picture movie. All the cool effects add to the fun of making to movie. I could use Photo Story 3 in a lot of my other subjects as a substitute for Power Point. I haven’t used it in another class yet, but I hope to.
I like to use windows movie maker because it is interesting to use. It is also really fun because of all the new things you can do with it. It is nothing I have ever used before. It is so neat that I might use it for a project if I have one.
I really liked Voki, it was cool how you can create your Avitar and then record your voice. If you haven't heard of it go to www.voki.com and chesk it out
Voki because you make your own little Avatar. I have not used it in another class yet because we dotn do very much on the internet, but I plan to. I could use delicious in my other classes because i lets me save all the sites i found that were good sites.

There has been so many new things that I have learned about this year, but my favorite tool would have to be Windows Movie Maker. I haven't used this tool in other class, but I think that I could use it in Social Studies. The way that I could use this is that I could make a video of how a bill becomes a law.
There have been so many new tools i have learned about this year such as:photo story3, audacity, voki, and blogs.I really like the blogging because it lets me tell you stuff that i've learned andrespond to your questions.
It has been a great year so far and I can't help to see what awaits us.

They cool tool I have used is Movie Maker. I have used it in Social Studies to make a movie about the Articles of Confderation. It is very easy to work caues all you do is look up pictures and then upload them onto the computer and paste them.Also to me it is way easer than all the others.
All of the tools were my favorite I loved them all and, am glad that you taught it to the class. You have taught all tools great I did not know alot about all of them until you taught me.

My favorite tool to use was photo story 3. I liked it because it was fun to work with. I also liked it because you can do many things on it. It was very easy for me to use. I have used this in a different class. I used it in Social Studies. It was really fun to use.
One program I have been introduced to this semester is a program called Hycam2. It is a program that allows you to record your computer screen (often used to make “How To” videos for computers.) You can select any region of the screen you wish to record, then you start recording. I usually use it at home to make videos of games to put on YouTube. It can also be used to keep a close eye on someone’s behavior on the computer by recording it while its hiding in the tool bar. I haven’t used it in any other classes or at school yet. It is created by Hyperionics, but I’m not exactly sure where to download it since I received it from my friend.

i liked voki because you get to create an avitar they aare so much fun to record you voice on them you can dress them how ever you want i have introduced my self to nothing but istill know alot more tahn my mom knows about computers its funny she will see me on something and then i log off of my account then she will log into hers and try to go to where i was buty seh cant get it so she tells me to come and help her so i show her how
The most intresting tool that I have used this year is the internet. I learned how to make a wiki and how to make a blog. I also learned how to do podcast. I now nkow that you should go through audicity. Audicity helps you make your podcast the best it can be. Thank you Mrs.McGuyer for teaching me all these new and hip things about what the internet and computer have to offer
my favorite tool was photo story 3!! i used it for social studies and got a 100. He thought it was very good!!! I like it because it is very easy to do and undersdtand!!
My favorite would probably be movie maker, because I learned a lot on how to make a movie with powerpoint slides, and how to import music from a cd. Plus, movie maker sort of brings it all together to make it look like a real movie. So, that would probably be my favorite!

You get to talk into your headphones which have an atached mic. on it and it goes onto Audacity*, which goes onto tyhe computer and saves it onto a file.

My favorite tool to use is Voki. I like this tool because it is fun to play with instead of the other anchor activity sites like funbrain, iknowthat, studybuddy, etc. My favorite part about Voki would have to be the fact that you can make your own character and give it a voice. And I absolutely ove how you can give the character its own clothes and accesories. I have not used Voki in any of my other classes, but I have used Photo Story 3 in other classes for projects.
i like publisher beacause you can do the most with it. Yes, i have used this in another class i used it in English.
My favorite one is the wikis because you get to put important information on the internet. I have used this in Mrs. Lincoln's class when we were creating the K-9Constitution.
This year i have learned how to use tons of things like wikispaces, power point, photo story3, audacity, and much much more. But the best thing ive learned this year is how to do the wikispace. It's very cool but the bad thing is that it is set out to the world until the end of time. So make your wiki CAREFULY.
My favorite tool was blogging because I get to speak my mind.There is no limit to what you can write/blog.

I have only been in your class for a couple of weeks so we have only done microsoft word and powerpoint but I am so looking foward to all the things we get to learn. Mrs. Lincoln is my seventh period teacher and she intruduced us to the wiki. At first I had no idea why we were using it but then i realized it is such a big help especially with group projects. So far we have used them several times and I hope to use them again. Wiki's are by far my favorite technology tool.
