On Friday you read an article about the wildfires destroying parts of California. In the path of these firestorms were people's homes. Many of these families were forced to evacuate the area and knew their home would be destroyed. If you knew your home would be destroyed and you only had five minutes to get three items from your home, what would you choose and why.

If I only had 5 minutes to gather 3 items and get out of my house. I'd go crazy. Why, because it would take me like 20 minutes just to gather 3 items. But I would gather my puppy, Muffin, of course. Another thing I would take would be our scrapbook, with pictures of my family in it. The 3rd thing I would get would be the shadow box my grandfather gave my family before he passed away. There are many other things I would like to take, but these would be the things I would take first.
I would get a coat just in case I get cold. I would get 1 other pair of shoes just in case my others get worn out. Last I would get a picture of my family. they are special to me.
If I knew that my home was going to be destroyed and I only had five minutes to get three items I would get my maltese(dog)of course, my bible, and lastly I would one of my pictures of my whole family, because it might be the last one i can get.
The three things that i would bring with me would be a cell phone, food, and water.
I would bring a cell phone because if my family knew that I was down there I could call them and let them know that I'm alright.The reason I would bring food is so I can have something to munch on soemthing incase I was in a place that noone else is in. The reason I would bring water is so my body won't be hurting from the heat outside. That way I could live.These are the three things that I would bring with me and why.
one of the things I would bring is my family because they are the most impotant to me. I would also bring my pets too. Another impotant thing that i would get is my stuffed animals( my favorite one's.) one of them is very precious to me because i've had it for a while.(since I was born)

If I only had five minutes to get three items out of the house it would be my iPod, my favorite outfits, and my dog. I would make sure I got my dog first because I love her so much and I would hate to have something happen to her. Then I would get my iPod because it has so much money on it and I would want something to listen to. And I would most definitly would try to get my clothes from like Hollister, Abercrombie, and more because I need something to wear. That is what I would get if i had five minutes before a fire hit.
If i only had five mins. to get three items befor my house burnt down i would get.
1)A bag and put all my band shirts and jeans in it.
2)My cell phone and charger.
3)My last thing i would get i smy skateboard i love that thing to death.
So if ionly had five mins. to get three things out of my house befor it burnt down those are the three things i would get.
If I only had five minutes to get three items I would get my wallet so we could buy food, drinks, and cloths. Next I would get my favorite posters and pictures. The last thing I would get if my house was going to burn down I would get my cell phone.

1) Some money to buy food and purchase clothing to wear just in case my clothes are burn
2) My insurance card so I can be able to go to my agent and have my home rebuilt
3) A cell phone for communication and for someone to come pick me up so I’m not on the street homeless

I would get these three things because I need them to survive. My laptop has all my pic. on it. We need food and water to survive.

If I only had five minuets befor a fire burned my house and I could only bring three things I would bring: my dog, my cat, and extra money to restart my life.
I would take my Bible, my new jacket, and my iPod. Really I would take a lot more than that, because I have a lot of things that I like.
If I had five minutes to take something that I really wanted to take with me I would take my photo album, because, it has pictures of all my family and my family is improtant to me. I would also take my cell phone because that is something I would probably need along the way. The last thing I would take is some money because I would need some money to buy things like food.
I would choose to bring my cellphones in case something happened. I would also take my dog,Jackson because he has became a big part of the family. The last item I would bring is my money for food to eat while I was on my way to go somwhere else.
If I only had 5 minutes to get three things out of my house before I evacuate I would get my X-Box 360 because it cost $400 out of my own pocket, my wallet with all my money, gift cards, and personal things, and I would get my blanket that I don’t use anymore, but it was given to me by my grand-mother when I was born.
I would take my computer and all of the stuff with it. Then I would get my dog. Last I would get all of the money from their so I could find a place to stay.
If I could only take three items I would take: My cell phone, my laptop, and money. I would take my cell phone so I could have all my numbers to my friends, and so we would have away to call other people and tell them that there was a fire. I would also take my labtop, I would take it so I could still get on the internet. Also I would take money so that we could buy new things for ourselves.
If I where to leave my house in case of a fire I would get my bible because I am a chritian, my psp because I love to play games and last a bag of food.

well for starters I have 3 brothers their names are Garrett he is 9 then Michal he is 22 then I have John who I don’t know how old he is but he is older than Michal I have never met him because he was out of the house before I was born I also don’t have a dad that lives me he lives in Montgomery you may not know that I am an only daughter out of my 3 brothers I am trying out for modeling and acting its starting out ok I am about to leave to go to L.A. in January I am hoping to get a big break in but I am about to move to Dallas tx in 8th grade I will go to a boarding school this will be very fun for me I will be looking forward to this you may also not know about my cat named spike he was so funny I have a dog named snowflake and I had a dog named angel
If I had to choose three things they would be....
1. My bible because it is very valuable to me and it's my guidelines to life.
2. My cell phone because I could use it to contact people by calling, texting, or using instant messaging.

If I had to pick three items I would take a phto album beacuse that has a lot of pictures of my family that I love, and soem I barely knew. I would take my dog because it would be cruel to leave him in the house, and be destroyed. lastly I would take my Ipod beacuse it is something i have with me almost all the time, and it would give me something to do.

For the three items, i would have chosen my parents because i wouldnt be here without them or be alive. I would also chose my dogs because i love them and they are awesome there like my little brothers and sisters. And for the last thing i would have chosen my laptop. I chose these items because i would never leave my family in and dangerous situations or anything that could harm them and i chose my dogs because they are like family to me, and i chose the laptop because them i could e-mail my other family members and stay at there home till we got a new one.
If i only had five minutes I would get my blanket my mom gave me. I would also get my awards and metals for basketball. The last thing I would get is the family photo album. I would get htese things because they are what really matter the most.
The three items I would grab before I evacuated me would get:
A cell phone/charger because you would be able to call people if you need help.
I would also bring clothes because you would need some clothes to change into.
Last, I would bring pictures of me and my family so I would be able to remember all of them and keep them in mind.

I would not be able to do many things in five minutes. If I had to grab three things, I would grab these things. The first thing I would grab was a hand full of clothes. The next thing I would grab was a bag to put many things in. The last thing I would grab was everyone in my house. I would do all of things for the safety of everyone and myself.
If I only had five minutes to escape my home that is on fire I would bring three things. I would bring my dog, photos/family heirlooms, and jewelry. I would bring my dog because she is important to me and she is my baby. I would bring photos and family heirlooms because they are centemental. I would also bring jewelry because I could sell it for money and I could survive off of it. With these three things I could survive long enough until I got a new home.
I would get my shoes to protect my feet from infection or to keep my feet warm. Also, I would get my cell phone, so I can call my parents if I get lost. Last, I would get some extra clothes to keep so I don't have to buy new clothes.
If i had only five minutes to evacuate my home i would take everything that could fit in my hands like food,a bottle of water to survive,clothes to wear and my cell phone to keep in contact with my family.
I would hate to evacuate my home because I love where I am living, the people who live around me, and the environment.
But, if I only had five minutes to bring three items from my house, I would bring the following:
1. My pet cat named Blue, because he is very special to me and he is very loving to me and my family.
2. Food and drinks because you will never know what will happen to you and where you will end up going after you evacuate and you might need it sometime.
3. Last but not least, my cell phone, because I might need it to call for help, or to call and tell somebody to contact for emergency use.

If I only had five minutes to escape my house, the three things that I would take with me would have to be my wallet, my purse, and my bible. I would take my wallet because I do not know what I would do without my money. I would take my purse because It has most of my personal belongings in it, like my cell phone, my i-pod, my digital camera, and mostly anything else. And most importantly, I would bring my bible because I read it every night before I go to bed, and it would give me comfort that everything would be okay in the end.
I would take my PS3, tv, and dog.
The reason I would take my dog is because, I love him very much. I would not want him to die. Last he is very young and I don't want anything to happen to him.
The reason I would take my PS3 is because it is brand new and the price will burn a hole in your pocket.
The reason I would take my tv. Because i could hook my PS3 up to my tv. i would need something to do while waitin for a new home.
If i had five minute's to save three idems from my house being destoys i would take my most important things. I would take my money so i could buy some stuff and a bible. I would also bring my cat because i would not want my cat to burn and die. If I had to evacuate my house within five minutes and I could only take three items, I would probably choose my laptop, because if my house was destroyed, I would still have some resources through it (news, internet, calling people, ext.) My bike, so I could have a source of transportation, and my dog Nestle, because she is one of my closest friends, and it would be like losing a family member if she died.

First I would get my family safe then I would get out all my pets. Then I would get cloths and a picture of my family. To do this would be really hard for me but I would have to set my priorities and get all the important things out first. I would rather not have to make this decision and feel sorry for those who do.
